Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing from Truffle & Co., you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please do not use our services.

Product Information
We sell premium fresh truffles as described on our platforms. Natural variations in size, shape and aroma may occur. Product images are for reference only.

Orders & Payment
All prices are in HKD (Hong Kong Dollars). Full payment is required at time of purchase. We accept: Bank Transfer, Credit Cards, FPS, PayMe. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Hong Kong Delivery
We offer free delivery across all areas of Hong Kong. In most cases, orders placed before 12:00 noon will be delivered the next day. We guarantee that all orders will be delivered within three business days after the order is placed. *To ensure the freshness of our truffles, should the quality not be optimal on the scheduled delivery day, we will postpone shipment to the following day and will notify you of any delay accordingly. To maintain our service standards, we may engage reputable third-party courier companies for delivery. Our company shall not be held liable for any delays, loss, or damage caused by these third-party couriers.

Liability
Truffle & Co. is not responsible for: Quality issues arising from improper storage. Delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances. Allergic reactions or personal sensitivities.
